GCYSC wants to remind all adults about the dangers of heat related stress and injuries. Parents, coaches, referees and club officials should be focus on the safety of the players and be lenient with water breaks during practices and matches. Remember, the athlete may not realize dehydration is taking place until it is too late. Please review the safety guideline below and be alert for warning signs of heat stress.
